Challenge: B&C has relied on us for everything from sales training and project-specific research to comprehensive marketing strategies. Recently, B&C executives asked us to help with research and concept development for a potential new attraction in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Action: Using existing product research, we arranged two focus groups and an online survey to get true consumer feedback about the overall concept and proposed details of the attraction. From the raw data, we compiled project summaries and a global executive summary.
Result: B&C executives used our research to provide a detailed report about the viability of the proposed concept to their very active Board of Directors. The cost of this feasibility study was minimal compared to the expensive of developing an attraction that might not have the consumer's support.
